FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
NEW YORK, NY — September 21, 2026 — SkyREM, a vertically integrated industrial real estate investment, ownership, development and asset management platform, today announced the closing of a $150 million credit facility with KeyBank to support the continued expansion of its U.S. industrial real estate portfolio.
KeyBank served as lead arranger and administrative agent, with Truist Bank providing an additional commitment to the facility. The credit facility includes an accordion feature that provides SkyREM with the ability to increase total commitments to $300 million.
The facility significantly enhances SkyREM’s liquidity and acquisition capacity, providing the company with additional flexibility and certainty of execution as it evaluates investment opportunities across major U.S. industrial, logistics and trade-gateway markets.
“This $150 million credit facility significantly expands SkyREM’s capacity to execute on our acquisition strategy,” said Alex Dembitzer, Founder of SkyREM. “We continue to see attractive opportunities to acquire mission-critical industrial assets across the U.S., and this facility provides us with the capital flexibility and certainty of execution to move quickly when those opportunities arise. We appreciate KeyBank’s confidence in SkyREM and look forward to continuing to grow the relationship.”
“SkyREM has built a strong industrial real estate platform with a disciplined investment approach and a clear strategy for continued growth,” said Christopher T. Neil, Senior Banker, Institutional Real Estate at KeyBank. “We are pleased to lead this credit facility and expand our relationship with SkyREM by providing the financial flexibility and capacity to support the company as it continues to scale its portfolio across the United States.”
“SKYREM has grown its industrial platform by executing a focused strategy supported by market insights and strong partners,” said Rebecca M. Cox, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Truist National Real Estate. “Working with SKYREM as it expands its portfolio and executes on opportunities across the country demonstrates the scale and capabilities Truist can bring clients pursuing long-term growth.”
SkyREM’s vertically integrated platform encompasses investment, acquisitions, ownership, development and asset management, enabling the company to manage properties throughout the ownership lifecycle and pursue investments with a long-term perspective.
The new facility supports SkyREM’s strategy of expanding its industrial portfolio through the acquisition of high-quality, mission-critical manufacturing, logistics and distribution properties in select markets throughout the United States.
