Managing Director - Acquisitions
Marc joined SkyREM in 2015. He is responsible for sourcing and executing new acquisitions for the company. Prior to joining SkyREM, Marc was a Vice President at DTZ within their Capital Markets Group. Prior to DTZ, Marc spent approximately eight years on the principal, investment side of the real estate business working for publicly traded and privately held real estate companies (GMH Associates, First Industrial Realty Trust and Sovereign Investment Company). During that time, he was actively involved in all phases of the acquisition of over $3 billion of real estate investments across all property types. Marc started his career as an analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group at Deutsche Bank. Marc graduated with a B.A. Political Science from Manhattan College, New York, NY. He also holds a degree in formal Standard & Poor’s Credit Training.
Vice President- Acquisitions and Development
James joined SkyREM in 2021. As Vice President of Acquisitions and Development James is responsible for sourcing and executing new real estate and renewable energy acquisitions for the company as well as assisting in the full project management cycle for new development projects. Prior to joining SkyREM, James was a Senior Acquisitions and Finance Associate for a large real estate development and investment company, where he was actively involved in all phases of deal acquisition, financing, land entitlements, construction, and asset management for a large portfolio of real estate across all property types. He also has experience in sourcing and developing solar energy projects throughout the United States. James graduated with a B.S. in Real Estate and Finance from Monmouth University and currently sits on the Board of Advisors for the Kislak Real Estate Institute.
Director of Finance and Corporate Counsel
David Schultz joined SkyREM in 2016 as Director of Finance and Corporate Counsel. David is responsible for all aspects of SkyREM’s property financings and oversees leasing transactions and day to day legal matters for SkyREM’s portfolio. David is a licensed attorney with 20 years of legal and real estate experience. David holds a J.D. from Temple University.
Senior Property Manager
Dawn Johnson joined SkyREM’s predecessor company in 2002 as a Property Manager. Over the course of 19 years of running successful management services for SkyREM’s Philadelphia Portfolio, Dawn is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Philadelphia Quartermaster and coordinating with other team members on operating issues throughout the portfolio. Dawn holds a B.A. from Knoxville College.
Accounting & Finance
Jonathan Zich joined SkyREM’s predecessor company in 2004 as COO. Jonathan is currently Senior Advisor for SkyREM, overseeing operations and legal matters. He has extensive experience in managing commercial real estate investments. He holds a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law and is a licensed attorney.
