The property, located at 7001 Skipper Road in Macon, Georgia, is a newly constructed, Class A fulfillment and distribution center that is 100% leased on a long-term basis to a leading top 20 e-commerce and technology company. The facility employs over 1,000 individuals, supporting a 24/7 operation. Key features of this cross-docked facility include ESFR sprinklers, a 40-foot clear height, and 54-by-60-foot column spacing. The property boasts a prime location, situated on Routes 75 and 16, approximately 80 miles outside of Atlanta and 150 miles from the Port of Savannah.
