Meriden, CT (June 3, 2026) – Sky 103, LLC the owner of 550 Research Parkway, announced a new long-term lease at its 326,000 square foot industrial property with 3PL Worldwide, Inc. The location will serve as the main warehouse and HQ for the tenant who will occupancy approximately forty percent of recently vacated space in the building.
3PL Worldwide is a third-party logistics (3PL) company that provides outsourced fulfillment, warehousing, order management, and logistics services for e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, catalog, and multichannel retailers.
