SkyREM Co-Sponsors the 10th Annual Laugh to Remember
New York, NY – June 8, 2026 – SkyREM is proud to have supported and co-sponsored the Tenth Annual Laugh to Remember charity event held on June 3th, 2026 at the Gotham Comedy Club in NYC. The sold-out event brought more than 250 guests together to raise crucial funds for the Taub Institute for Research on Alzheimer’s Disease and the Aging Brain at Columbia University.
The Taub Institute is one of the leading centers in the world for research on Alzheimer’s disease, related dementias, and normal aging of the brain. They are committed to learning more about the origins and expressions of neurodegenerative disorders, and how they can better diagnose, treat, and ultimately even cure and prevent diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, ALS, Huntington’s disease, Lewy body, and Frontotemporal dementias.
The sold-out event brought together a vibrant crowd of supporters, real estate leaders, and comedy lovers for an evening of entertainment and purpose. With performances by Jared Freid, Drew Dunn, Mia Jackson, and emceed by Jimmy Failla, the audience was treated to more than just laughs—they became part of a movement to support critical research on Alzheimer’s disease and other age-related brain disorders.
The evening also included a silent auction, community storytelling, and educational materials to raise awareness of the early signs and prevention strategies related to cognitive decline.
The entire SkyREM team attended and enjoyed a hilarious night with amazing comedy geniuses, and all for a great cause.
