property with HomeGood, Inc., a subsidiary of The TJX Companies.
The 190,000 square foot warehouse facility is situated on 10.01 acres within the Manchester Industrial
Park, the location provides easy access to I‐84 (east & west), I‐91 (north & south), Route 44, and the
Northeast’s +29M person consumer base from NYC to Boston (within 2 hours). The Property features 25
loading positions and clear heights up to 45 feet.
