The building is leased on a long‐ term basis to Drew Foam Companies, an industry leader in foam products for the food, building, and automotive industries.
“We believed it was the opportune time to exit this property due to strong market characteristics and demand for smaller industrial properties,” said Marc Civitillo, Managing Director at SkyREM. “The sale allows us to concentrate on our business of investing in larger mission critical assets throughout the United States”.
