BACK TO ABOUT AND TEAM

Alex is the CEO of SkyREM, LLC, and an independent real estate developer and investor. Dembitzer brings a combination of entrepreneurial expertise and out-of-the-box thinking, honed over decades of experience in real estate, prior to founding SkyREM.

Professional History

Raised in New York City, where he attended the distinguished Stuyvesant High School, Dembitzer received a BS in finance from New York University at the age of 19. Alex began in the real estate business in 1985. In 2010, Dembitzer founded SkyREM, in collaboration with a team of seasoned real estate professionals. He envisioned a company that would revamp and improve existing properties while simultaneously developing new properties for the company’s account. Under Dembitzer’s direction, SkyREM has become a major player in public and private real estate, with property holdings in large metro areas throughout the United States. These holdings include not only residential, commercial, and industrial projects but critical government facilities.

Northern Charitable Foundation, Inc. partners with grassroots charities and institutions throughout the United States and Israel. Most of the foundation’s projects deal with chronic illness, whether by increasing awareness and disease prevention, improving access to medical care for disadvantaged patients, or offering counseling and support to the families of the chronically ill.
