Rebecca Irizarry

Rebecca Irizarry joined SkyREM in 2025 as Vice President of Asset Management. She oversees strategic asset management initiatives across SkyREM’s national portfolio, including leasing, operations, and capital improvements, while supporting acquisition efforts through investment analysis and underwriting. Before joining SkyREM, Rebecca worked at Dalan Real Estate, managing portfolios, monitoring financial performance, and supporting leasing and tenant relations. She also held positions at the Vanbarton Group, where she focused on operational strategy and project implementation. Rebecca earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University. She brings extensive experience in asset management, financial analysis, valuation, and real estate investment strategy.
